Terms of Service

This is an English-language translation of the Polish Regulamin (Terms). In case of any discrepancy, the Polish-language version shall prevail as the legally binding text under Polish law.

§1. General Provisions

These terms (hereinafter: Terms) define the rules for providing services by electronic means by the Service Provider via the website www.meczmistrzow.com (hereinafter: Service), in accordance with the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Electronic Services.

§2. Definitions

  • User - a natural person using the Service, including via the newsletter signup form.
  • Service - a service provided by electronic means consisting in particular of making available information about the "Mecz Mistrzów: Poland vs England" event and the sending of notification messages and the 10% ticket discount code (newsletter).
  • Event - the legends' match "Poland vs England" scheduled for 5 September 2026.
  • Privacy Policy - the document available at /en/privacy-policy, describing the rules for processing personal data.

§3. Service Provision Conditions

  1. To use the Service, you need a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser supporting HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript, with cookies enabled.
  2. Use of the Service in terms of viewing content is free of charge and does not require registration.
  3. The newsletter service is provided free of charge and requires providing an email address and accepting the Terms and the Privacy Policy.

§4. Conclusion of the Newsletter Service Agreement

  1. The agreement for the newsletter service is concluded upon confirmation of the signup form on the Service's home page (providing an email address and granting the required consents).
  2. The Service Provider sends the 10% ticket discount code and messages regarding the ticket sale launch and the course of the Event to the provided email address.
  3. The User may at any time terminate the newsletter agreement without giving reason by clicking the unsubscribe link in the received message or by sending a request to kontakt@meczmistrzow.com. Termination is effective upon receipt.

§5. 10% Discount Code

  1. The 10% discount code is available to Users who signed up for the newsletter before the ticket sales launch.
  2. The code will be sent to the provided email address before the public ticket sale launch or together with the announcement of sales.
  3. Detailed terms of code redemption (ticket scope, validity period, combination with other promotions) will be set out in the message with the code and in the ticket sale terms. The Service Provider reserves the right to determine these terms in accordance with applicable laws.

§6. Technical Requirements

  1. A computer, smartphone or tablet with internet access.
  2. An up-to-date web browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).
  3. An active email account.
  4. JavaScript and cookies enabled.

§7. Prohibition on Providing Unlawful Content

The User is obliged to use the Service in a manner consistent with the law, good morals and these Terms, and in particular to refrain from providing unlawful content, including in any contact forms.

§8. Complaints

  1. Complaints regarding the operation of the Service or the newsletter service may be submitted to kontakt@meczmistrzow.com.
  2. A complaint should contain the contact details of the complainant, a description of the problem and the request.
  3. The Service Provider will consider the complaint within 14 days of receipt and provide a response to the User's email.

§9. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer)

A consumer concluding the newsletter agreement may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving reason, by submitting a statement to kontakt@meczmistrzow.com. Due to the nature of the service (unsubscribing via link in the message is also free and immediate), withdrawal does not involve any fees.

§10. Personal Data

The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

§11. Copyright

The content of the Service (including graphic layout, texts, graphics) is the subject of copyright of the Service Provider or its partners. Use beyond permitted use (fair use) requires the consent of the rights holder.

§12. Final Provisions

  1. The Service Provider reserves the right to change the Terms for important reasons, including changes to the scope of the Service, legal regulations or the need to update data. Users signed up to the newsletter will be notified of changes at least 7 days in advance to the email address provided.
  2. In matters not regulated by the Terms, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code, the Act on Providing Electronic Services and GDPR.
  3. Disputes arising from the Terms shall be resolved by the competent common court. A consumer may use out-of-court methods of complaint resolution (including the European Commission's ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
