Terms of Service

This is an English-language translation of the Polish Regulamin (Terms). In case of any discrepancy, the Polish-language version shall prevail as the legally binding text under Polish law.

§1. General Provisions

These terms (hereinafter: Terms) define the rules for providing services by electronic means by the Service Provider via the website www.meczmistrzow.com (hereinafter: Service), in accordance with the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Electronic Services.

§2. Definitions

• User - a natural person using the Service.
• Service - a service provided by electronic means consisting of making available information about the "Mecz Mistrzów: Mistrzów" event.
• Event - the legends' match organised by the Service Provider. Details of the Event will be announced in the Service.
• Privacy Policy - the document available at /en/privacy-policy, describing the rules for processing personal data.

§3. Service Provision Conditions

1. To use the Service, you need a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser supporting HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript, with cookies enabled.
2. Use of the Service in terms of viewing content is free of charge and does not require registration.
3. The Service does not register Users, does not collect email addresses and does not provide a newsletter service. Tickets for the Event are sold by an external ticketing operator under its own terms.

§4. Technical Requirements

1. A computer, smartphone or tablet with internet access.
2. An up-to-date web browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).
3. JavaScript and cookies enabled.

§5. Prohibition on Providing Unlawful Content

The User is obliged to use the Service in a manner consistent with the law, good morals and these Terms, and in particular to refrain from providing unlawful content, including in any contact forms.

§6. Complaints

1. Complaints regarding the operation of the Service may be submitted to kontakt@meczmistrzow.com.
2. A complaint should contain the contact details of the complainant, a description of the problem and the request.
3. The Service Provider will consider the complaint within 14 days of receipt and provide a response to the User's email.

§7. Personal Data

The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

§8. Copyright

The content of the Service (including graphic layout, texts, graphics) is the subject of copyright of the Service Provider or its partners. Use beyond permitted use (fair use) requires the consent of the rights holder.

§9. Final Provisions

1. The Service Provider reserves the right to change the Terms for important reasons, including changes to the scope of the Service, legal regulations or the need to update data. The amended Terms take effect on the date of their publication in the Service.
2. In matters not regulated by the Terms, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code, the Act on Providing Electronic Services and GDPR.
3. Disputes arising from the Terms shall be resolved by the competent common court. A consumer may use out-of-court methods of complaint resolution (including the European Commission's ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
